How does the delivery of my order take place?Partualla ships via express courier with delivery within 48 hours throughout Italy. Shipping costs are free for all orders over €24.90.It is possible to track the order once it has been shipped. Once we have entrusted your order to the courier, we will send you the tracking number with which you can trace the shipment and view the expected delivery date.Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, throughout the day, at street level.If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a non-delivery notice and will make a second attempt on the following working day.To arrange a delivery time with the deliveryman by telephone, it is possible to purchase this service, called "Delivery by appointment" when ordering, at an additional cost.

What are the shipping times?We collect the product the day after receiving the order.
