Partualla's story
We are Sarah and little Elena and now we will tell you the story of Partualla!
Partualla, a farm illuminated by the warm Sicilian sun was born when Andrea, after having worked for 10 years as an employee at another company, decided to start his own business. After purchasing 14,000 meters of land initially intended for another project, he decides to take an important step and open his own company. He becomes a direct farmer and from there, Andrea, with the help of his father Giorgio, begins to revolutionize this plot of land which had been abandoned in the past by the old owner and which today, after a lot of work, has 70 olive trees and over 500 seedlings of young orange growing. Subsequently, another agricultural land was purchased with about 400 orange trees of the same variety as the previous ones, already in production.
Once this was done, a name was needed for this great project; Partualla, which in Sicilian means Orange, is a name that is suggested in an ironic way among many others but that is chosen from a long list because in the end it is the one that most reflects the fulcrum of this company, the oranges . Other lands will later be incorporated which will contribute to the success of this enterprise which will produce different varieties of products including tarocco oranges, squeezed oranges, lemons, tangerines, almonds, EVO oil and many others.
We will try to bring the flavors of the deep south of Sicily, more precisely Rosolini and Noto in the province of Syracuse, to your tables, throughout Italy, and why not, all over the world! We will let you taste our main products, namely citrus fruits, but also traditional Sicilian desserts, jams, dried fruit, spices and condiments typical of our territories.
With the hope of being able to make you feel the tastes and warmth of Sicily, and of having made you part of our story that will still have a lot to tell.
